The early morning of Sept 30 (0508) the Waretown Fire Company was called to Corliss Park Lake for a vehicle in the water. Chief Leaming and Deputy Chief Hurley arrived on location and found a vehicle near the dam, off the road and the front end into the water. Crews stood by for short of 2 hours while the tow company could remove the vehicle from the water. Our photographer was able to snap this beautiful picture of Corliss Park at sunrise.
