On January 12, 2025 at approximately 9:25 PM Waretown Fire was dispatched to a structure on Veteran's Drive. It was reported something smelled like it was burning with a haze in the building. 3600 (Chief Leaming), 3610 (DC Hurley) arrived on location. E3601, arrived on location followed by E363. Crews searched the building and it was determined a culinary mishap was the source of the odor and haze.
